Eurocharged License  and branding candidates should meet the following criteria to be considered for a branded opportunity:

Financial Requirements

$100,000 liquid (per shop); $200,000 net worth (per shop).

Strong banking relationships and ability to secure funding.

Management and Operating Requirements

At least five years automotive experience.

The ability to deliver a superlative customer experience while maintaining a dedication to develop the Eurocharged culture.

Live in your market and have strong ties to the local community.

The ability to create and manage an organization that recruits, trains, retains and motivates people effectively. Dedication to operations excellence.

License Agreement Details

Licensing fee: $105,000 per store.

License agreement term: 10 years with renewal of 10 years.

Royalty: 5% of gross monthly revenue.

Eurocharged Performance is actively seeking highly qualified Location developers and operators to become branding partners. Prior Location experience, coupled with sufficient financial resources, knowledge of your development area and a track record of success are important factors in our selection process.

The initial cost of building a Eurocharged Performance location ranges depending on the location and the costs of the shop itself. Part of this investment is the initial license branding fee, which is $105,000. The total cost of each shop varies by size, age and location.

Groups and/or individuals are required to display a minimum of $100,000 in liquid assets (per shop), (e.g., cash, marketable securities, stocks) combined with an overall net worth of $200,000 per shop to be developed to qualify. Financial requirements are based upon the number of locations in your development commitment and your ability to obtain financing from a third party.

Each location is different, depending on a variety of factors, including site selection, build-out requirements, permitting and training. However, it typically takes approximately 9-12 months from signing the branding agreement to opening day at your Eurocharged Performance Location.

The branding group’s control person and all management participate in a 1 week training program at the Eurocharged Performance Training Center located in Houston, Texas. Additionally, we provide an opening training team to provide on-site pre-opening and opening training, supervision and assistance to you for your open house event.. Once completed, partners receive regular updates to their training, including on-site visits and operation reviews.

Locations are 2,000-8,000 square feet with a lift and dyno on site. Prime locations that have excellent visibility and easy access are most desirable. In addition, sites should be located in high traffic areas with above-average daytime and residential demographics.

Your earnings capability will depend on a number of factors, such as your ability to manage your location and lead your team, market conditions, location, traffic, operating costs and financing terms. Naturally, as in any business venture, there is no guarantee of success.

The initial term of your Eurocharged Performance branding agreement is 10 years.

Due to the overwhelming amount of interest in Eurocharged Performance branding, we are only accepting applications from the best developers and operators in target markets. Currently, we are evaluating many new territories throughout the world.
