Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Eurocharged be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the information, materials or products contained in or purchased. Further, Eurocharged shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the delivery, installation or use of the products, as well as the service life of the products, performance, applicability for the use intended, proper installation, or the accuracy of information provided. Eurocharged will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor damage caused by our products to other parts on the vehicle.
EUROCHARGED PRODUCTS ARE FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE ON POLLUTION CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLES. Eurocharged Performance upgrades may be used solely on vehicles used in sanctioned competition which may never be used upon a public road or highway, unless permitted by specific regulatory exemptions. It is the responsibility of the installer and/or user of the product to ensure that it is used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. Eurocharged holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products.

Refunds
Eurocharged products are not refundable and all sales are final.

Eurocharged does not offer refunds on any tuning, dyno time, or any services provided. If there is an issue with service, or OEM parts provided by Eurocharged, we offer a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty.
